If you forgot the password or login for your account please use the “Forget password?” option on our website https://ruhavik.gps-trace.com/ and check all your possible e-mails. After that you will have the opportunity to change the password, log into the account and delete the appropriate unit.
If you would like to delete the tracker from your account you should delete the relevant unit from your account and then register it in the new one. For this please choose the relevant unit then Unit menu – Settings – Common settings and press DELETE at the bottom. Please be aware that if you delete a unit you will delete all the related data and we will not be able to restore it.
