drooki Dear Team, after searching the old and new forum I’ve tried a lot but had no success with my issues. First the Account which was created from the Autowacht Team is not accessible anymore. If I try to do a password reset it says mails is sent but I got not mail on my Mail accounts. This is for the account “Dreyer.C” The next problem, my tracker seems to be in use. With the imei 356803210269292 and protocol leagacy GT06 I’m not able to create this as my new config in the new portal. Maybe you can help. BR Christian

drooki And that’s exactly the problem. I think the original mail address can be the one from the Autowacht team. But they don’t support here. I got no reset mail in any of my folders. The Login is not a big problem if I can create a new device with imei stated above. I can create a new Account.
ashe Hello! If you do not have access to the mailbox of the account from which the tracker was registered, then we cannot confirm that it is yours. And we cannot delete objects from the accounts of other users.
