If you have a problem with time, then please try to set the tracker to timezone 0 (UTC) regardless of your location.
You can do this either through the SMS command in accordance with the instructions for the tracker or through the command in the unit menu - Tools - Setbox, if there is such a command for your tracker model.
If the problem is related to the timezone and it does not resolve after setting the timezone, then please write to us at support@gps-trace.com indicating your username and ID (IMEI) of the tracker with which the problem occurred, as well as its manufacturer and model of the tracker.
