On the old Orange platform I was able to use an android app on my mobile called “GPS Trace Tag” or “GPS Tag” as a tracker. Since having to move to the new platform, I have not been able to successfully use these apps as a tracker on my phone. I have created a new account and added a new unit. The device category and device type I am not sure which setting but I have tried “Software – Wialon Translator”, “Software – WiaTag”, “Legacy – Mobile GPS” and had no results. I have changed the settings in the Mobile app “GPS Tag” to the same settings which is Unique ID “355054065443986a” Server IP “184.108.40.206” and Port “29373”. However there is still no info when I try to track my phone. I emailed support and they told me to install “GPS Trace” which I did however this appears to be an app version of the website which is used to track a device and not actually be the tracker (as far as I can see, please let me know if this is incorrect). Is there some way to check messages received on the website by searching for the unique ID like I was able to on the old platform?
