Trouble shooting st-901 doesn't recognize sim card

How to fix this issue. My orange light keep blinking even i already put the simcard. Brand new tracker just bought now.

If your Sinotrack ST-901 tracker’s orange light is blinking it means that the device is not detecting the SIM card or is experiencing issues connecting to the GSM network. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly.
Check the SIM card balance and activation.
Check GSM signal strength. The device might be in an area with poor GSM signal reception. Try moving the tracker outside, to a location with better signal reception.
Try rebooting the tracker by disconnecting it from power and then reconnecting it.
Verify APN settings

If the issue persists after performing these steps you should contact Sinotrack’s customer support or your mobile carrier for further assistance.

My sinotrack ST-901 is showing online on the app but when I ring the sim card it’s not ringing nor sends location, it goes straight to voice-mail. However, if I start the car/ turn on ignition then the simcard will ring when you call it and sends location. Please help. I don’t know what’s wrong. I HAVE IT 3 YEARS NOW.
