For all tracker settings, we recommend contacting the tracker manufacturer or seller directly; they are the ones who have the most complete competence on this issue.
We have more than 2 thousand devices integrated and, unfortunately, we do not know all the technical features of each tracker.
However, some manufacturers set a block on changing settings so that the tracker is used only in their system.
If you are unable to obtain manufacturer support and change the server settings for your tracker, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID, screenshot of device configuration (SMS commands and device’s answers) and link to this topic, then we will try to check additionally and help you.
