Initially, our Ruhavik application, and previously GPS-Trace, is intended for personal use and therefore here are not some functions that are in the Wialon application, which is a professional tool and is intended primarily for commercial use and accordingly has additional functions necessary for this.

We are currently striving to develop the Ruhavik application on new technologies and currently plans to develop further.
Regarding your questions:
1) Most of our users use mobile versions of the application, so push notifications are quite convenient.
We will conduct an analysis of the possibility of connecting notifications for the web version to identify whether this is possible in the near future or not.
Users who use the application for personal purposes, as a rule, want to receive a notification through a mobile device. Therefore, we would like to clarify with you in connection with which the inability to use the web version of the application is caused? This can tell us if this is necessary for our other users.
2) If you do not receive any notifications in connection with geofences or, as you write, there is a need for a different type of geofences, then write to support in more detail about your difficulties and what causes such a request.
3) If some points in the tips or circles of the track are not convenient for use, please send us a description of the problem with screenshots to the support so that we can understand what kind of problem users are having and work on improving the application.
4) Can you not load the icon or is it displayed not the way you want?
Previously, we were not informed about problems with the icons.
Therefore, please describe the problem that occurred in more detail, and if possible, attach an icon file with which you had a problem, if not possible, indicate the size of the file you are uploading (width and length in pixels) and its extension.
