Good afternoon, does anyone know if there is a command to reset the sim inside the above tracker ?
unfortunately my car has been stolen on Monday and when looking at my tracker app it indicates it’s offline. I am using an Asda 4G sim, after speaking to them they said that there is nothing they can do even knowing that there SIM card is at fault, they said the sim is active but has no 4G and that it should not be used for tracking purposes as the sim should to be fitted to a mobile phone and reset every month, using the phone. I have fitted this SIM card over 12 months ago, with no issues until now, the tracker stopped transmitting on 5/11/23 ironic ! Asda technical department could not reset the sim from there end but does anyone know if it can be done using commands, which can be sent to the above tracking device ?
