Checked the limit and balance of the SIM card used in the tracker. There is money on the SIM card, the traffic limit is 200 MB.
We checked the tracker settings and notification frequency, server settings, port, APN and time zone 0. Photos are attached.
The tracker is installed on the street, in the open air, and we walk with it on foot; satellites should see the tracker well.
We cannot find the problem, we send you a screenshot of the device configuration (SMS commands and device responses), please check further and help us.
