it shows that it is online, but it doesn’t do the tracking before it was normal, then the port changed and the IP stopped and the time was also unable to be corrected, it is 3 hours less

Dear Eduardo,
To work in our system, you need to configure the tracker to send data to the server and port specified in the Settings - Hardware section https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/unit_settings_hardware .
Regarding the time difference, please check the time zone setting for your tracker; to work in our system, the tracker must be configured to the UTC time zone 0.
