We answered you by email that you can try to connect this tracker to our system by selecting the device type Watret C13.
It is best to check the tracker configuration commands with the manufacturer or seller directly, only they have complete and correct information. Also, commands are often contained in the instructions for the tracker.
However, we have some information on the commands for this device. We have attached a screenshot from the file with SMS commands for this device. We are not sure if these commands will work for your device, but you can give it a try.
