When creating a unit, try selecting simply Coban (without numbers or indices) in the device type line.
After this, you will need to configure the tracker to send data to the appropriate server and port (Settings - Hardware). Also, please check the ALP and time zone settings (TCB 0 must be installed).
If you cannot connect your device, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID, screenshot of device configuration (SMS commands and device’s answers), photo of your device and manual for it and link to this topic, then we will try to check additionally and help you.
