You need to direct your tracker so that it sends data to our system, to the server and port specified in the application in the Settings - Hardware tab.
It is your tracker that is not integrated on our platform, however, we assume that it is a clone of integrated trackers. In this case, we recommend that you try to connect the tracker as Concox, Coban or Xexun (in the latter case, enter 0+11 last digits of IMEI as the tracker ID).

Ig you cannot connect your tracker please contact us at support@gps-trace.com. In the email, provide your account login (email), device type/model, and IMEI/ID tracker and link to this topic.

- Tracker photo
- Tracker manual
- Tracker protocol
- Device configuration screenshot (SMS commands and tracker responses).
