301 device disconnected

I have problem with pet tracker i365 a21p .
Yesterday everything was fine gps was showing route etc. Next morning after switching on , I cant connect . I got battery status but not gps data . In toolbox gps i connecting and disconnecting . Error text bellow .

We checked what could be the problem with the data from your tracker.

As far as we can see, in order for your tracker to work fully, we need to further integrate your device type.
At the moment, we have contacted the manufacturer for the necessary documentation for integration. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.

Bonsoir j’ai moi aussi un traceur pour mon camping car RUHAVIK qui apparemment c’est déconnecter il me dit que mon appareil n’ai plus en fonction pourtant il.me signale toujours un stationnement que j’ai fait trois mois consécutif je voudrais le relancer mais bien que je coupe mon generale du vehicule il ne se relance pas comment faire merci de votre réponse

After couple days of trying I got solution to this bug .
When yourney starts and I switch off gps device in my case i365 a21p pet tracker , my device got some kind of crash . Next time I switch on it cant connect to gps serwers . I need to do factory reset device by sms command . Hopefully factory reset doesn’t wipe serwer ip , ports and everything stays same . After that gps connect to ruhavik without problem. To avoid this situation I can switch off gps only when ruhavik app prompts with “ journey end ” after that gps can be switched off safely. Any switching off device during “ yourney start ” make my device crash or bug .

As we checked the data from your device, we could see that your device is sending data from black box. You can see for yourself in the toolbox – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/toolbox (messages that are written in dark gray).

This may be due to several reasons.
1) The problem is on the side of the mobile operator (SIM card).
2) Lack of balance on the SIM card.
3) Traffic limit.
4) The device is in a shielded room and therefore there is no communication.
5) Incorrect or lost tracker settings.
6) The tracker does not have enough charge and it stores data in a black box until it is connected to a power source.
