So, if your device can send parameter of vehicle ignition, then we can trigger a notification for it.

Then, when you find necessary parameter, you can set up Own notification based on this parameter. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/types-of-notifications
If you answer directly, then yes, our application can send such notifications.
