In our application, in the unit card in the settings - common section, one unit always has a free tariff, even if a paid subscription is formed, including one that involves tracking more than one unit.
This is done so that if the subscription ends, the system continues to process data for one unit, as provided by the free version.
At the same time, additional features provided by a paid subscription (additional geofences, own notification, data storage up to 100 MB) are available in the account.
If your account does not have access to additional features provided by a paid subscription, please, write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login and unit ID and link to this topic, then we will try to check additionally and help you.
