Devices arranged to one account

Hello,
I was wondering if I will buy an year option of 30 devices possible to add for one account I can name any of them different? or it will be named by main account automaticly? and If I could make a folders for each one? or there will be all of them on one map?

Dear ukaszKomosa,

You can give each device a different name of your choice. You can also assign different icons to them, including the option to download icons from the device itself.

In the application, you will be able to see all the units on the map. However, there is an option to hide units that you don’t want to see in the application.
Additionally, you can access a detailed page for each unit, where you’ll find comprehensive information about it. On the detailed page, you can also view the selected unit on the map.

Thank you for reply. And also I have a question if you could give me some details about that when I arrange all my devices to one account, cause for now I have one by one device arranged to one account so I have almost 40 accounts.
I should just arrange them to main account wich will be used from now on? and add all the parameters to it for each device?

At the moment, our application allows to track max 30 units in one account. In order to have this feature, you need to purchase Premium 30 subscription.
In order to be able to use trackers in another (common for all units) account, you must first remove them from the old account, because our system does not allow creating two units with the same tracker ID / IMEI number.

Hello,
I was wondering if I have a premium plan for a divce and the memory on the device grow up to 100mb, what will happen when I fill it up to those 100mb? If it will be shown at map still or I there will be a reset without any extra costs?

Date storage is mainly used for you can see the movement history for a longer period. Respectively. when you reach the maximum volume, the data on the on the earlier trips will be deleted as new ones appear. You don’t need to do anything special for this.

Hello again,
what about the free subscrition? the data at device should reset after fill those 10mb? or it works only at premium?
And do you know maybe If it will work with premium when I will just upgrade it without moving it from vehicle?

The maximum data size for one unit is 10 MB in the free version and 100 MB in the paid version.
The data retention period depends on the amount of total data occupied (maximum retention period 1 year).
When the amount of stored data reaches its maximum size, after a while the oldest data will be automatically deleted, and new incoming data will be recorded.

Thus, the application continues to work when the maximum data size is reached.
The amount of data thus only affects the storage period of your data.
