Not getting SMS from Sinotrack

I’m hoping that someone can help me with this problem, as I have tried Sinotrack support who couldn’t help me.
I have a Sinotrack 4G ST915, which I have configured and seems to be mostly working OK. The issue that I have is with fences. When the device moves in and out of a geofence, it records alarms correctly within teh app, but it does not send out messages to my phone. S tech support suggested extending teh geofence to 1,000M but it made no difference. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this problem?

Therefore, we can try to help if you have created an account in our application.

If you need to see your vehicle in the application, then you must have a tracker installed on it.

Firstly you should register and login in the application. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/registration-and-login
Then it will be enough to create a unit in the system. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/create-unit
And direct your device to the server and port specified on the Hardware tab in the Unit settings.
As soon as your device starts sending data in messages to the server, you will immediately see it in the application.
