There is no connection from your tracker.
The same problem with Xexun TK103-2 here. This appears on the http://id.wialon.net/ in the port 20462, butt doesn’t in the GPS Trace on 18.104.22.168:28961
22.214.171.124:23377 - it’s debug channel. No connections on it.

Does the tracker use a TCP or UDP connection? Switch to TCP connection.
This use TCP connection. Why does it work on Wialon and doesn’t here? I can’t understand that, ’cause there’s some other trackers wornking normaly in here…
