Our system works only based on the messages that your device sends

These messages may appear if the device was not connected to the network. While there is no connection, the device accumulates GPS data in memory and when the connection is resumed, the device starts to upload data from memory.
In the meantime, the device does not have a connection, of course, the data does not enter the system, this directly affects the display of the track in the History
The reasons for the lack of communication can be:
- The problem is on the side of the mobile operator (SIM card)
- Lack of balance on the SIM card
- Traffic limit
- The device is in a shielded room and therefore there is no communication
The yellow line in the History combines all the messages that were received in the system. If you click on the display of messages (points on the track) in the History, you will see that such track occurs due to messages that do not arrive constantly.
Therefore, we recommend that you contact your carrier first.
Also, please check data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
It is best to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings, as they are better versed in their product and its features. Also, information on settings can be found in the instructions for the device.
