Hi,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reliably identify the exact protocol used by the device based only on the SMS commands, so we also cannot confirm the correct SMS command for enabling the shock alarm.
We assume that your tracker may be based on the Huabao protocol (JT808-based). This information might help you find the relevant documentation or the appropriate command for your particular model.
There are several possibilities:
- the shock alarm command is not supported by this tracker;
- the setting is available through a device configurator rather than via SMS;
- the setting can be configured via SMS, but requires a manufacturer-specific command.
We recommend contacting the seller or manufacturer of the tracker and requesting the complete SMS command list or configuration manual for the SL VR Q8-XC1603 model. This would be the most reliable way to determine whether the shock alarm is supported and how it can be enabled.
Also, if the tracker sends the vibration.alarm parameter to our platform, you can configure a notification based on this parameter in our application. The notification can be delivered as a push notification, via Telegram, or by email.
