Trip History availability depends on your subscription and storage settings:
- Free version: up to 12 hours
- Starter: up to 30 days
- Premium subscriptions: up to 365 days
Storage also matters:
- Free: 1 MB
- Starter: 10 MB
- Premium: 100 MB
If the storage limit is reached, new data replaces the oldest data.
In User Settings, there is a Data Storage Time option. It can reduce how long historical data is kept.
Maximum: up to 1 year
Minimum: Instant Clear — history is cleared immediately
You can check current storage usage in Unit Settings → Common.
For notifications:
Events such as Trips, Stops, Speeding, Alarm messages, Towing, No message events, Geofence enter/exit, Battery, and Parameter events are available in Timeline.
Timeline is available with a paid subscription.
If your trip History disappears earlier than your subscription allows, please contact support@gps-trace.com with your login/username, unit ID, and a short explanation of the issue so we can help you better.
