Since you’re still receiving written notifications but no sound, the app itself is working — the issue seems to be with how the notification sound is handled on the device.
Here are some things to check on your phone:
- Do Not Disturb mode — Make sure it’s turned off, or that the app is allowed to bypass it.
- App notification settings on the phone:
Go to Settings → Apps → Ruhavik → Notifications
- Check that the notification channel has a sound assigned (not set to “Silent”).
- Notification categories — Some Android versions have multiple notification channels per app. Check all channels and make sure sound is enabled for each one.
- Battery optimization — Make sure Ruhavik is excluded from battery optimization (Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization → Ruhavik → Don’t optimize). This can sometimes affect how notifications are delivered.
- Volume — Make sure your notification volume (not just ringtone or media) is turned up.
Since this is happening on two different phones, it could also be related to a recent app update. Please try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
