Ruhavik x Sinotrack ST901 4G Alarm Notifications

I’m having troubles with Ruhavik app in IOS not showing shake/vibration alarm notifications, while getting sms from the tracker. APN + IP + port are set correctly. I can get engine power on/off notifications on the app “Ruhavik” but no vibrations.

Does Ruhavik decode the ST901 4G shock/vibration alarm as a parameter? If yes, what is the exact parameter name?

Looks like we replied to this question by email as well.

For the ST901 tracker, the vibration parameter is transmitted inside a data array that is currently not parsed by the platform due to contradictions in the manufacturer’s documentation.
