Tracker 103 – SMS Alarm Issue (Need Help)

Hello everyone,

I have a Tracker 103 device with the following situation:

GPS tracking works perfectly
GPRS (Baanhol) works and sends all alerts (door, ignition, shock)
The device responds correctly to all SMS commands
However, it does NOT send any SMS alerts when alarms are triggered

What I tried:

arm123456, door123456, shock123456, acc123456
Set admin number correctly
Switched between sms123456 and gprs123456
Reset with begin123456

Results:

In GPRS mode → all alerts appear on Baanhol
In SMS mode → no alerts at all
SMS commands still work normally

Additional note:

Remote control is not working currently (was working before)
Question:

Is it possible that the device requires the remote to fully activate alarm mode?
Or is there another setting that enables SMS alerts?

In your case we recommend the following:
1/ Verify SIM Card: Insert the SIM card into a regular phone and try sending an SMS to confirm SMS functionality is active
2/ Check Device Manual: Look for specific SMS alarm configuration commands in the manufacturer’s documentation
3/ Contact Manufacturer/Seller: Since you’re experiencing issues with device-specific features (remote control and SMS alarms), the manufacturer or seller would be best equipped to help with device configuration
