Since the FG-21 model is not integrated on our platform, you may need to try connecting it using a different protocol.

If you are still unable to connect the device, please send us at support@gps-trace.com the following information:
- the exact model and manufacturer of the device,
- the tracker manual/instructions,
- screenshots of its configuration, including the SMS commands you send to the tracker for setup.
This information will help us investigate the issue further.
