If you’re seeing a message that the device limit has been reached even though you should have space for a 5th unit with your Premium5 subscription, please check:
One unit always shows as “free” - In the app, one unit will always have a “free” status in the Common settings. This is normal and doesn’t affect your Premium subscription - that unit is still covered by Premium features when the subscription is active.
If you’ve confirmed that your Premium5 subscription is active and you have fewer than 5 units created, but still can’t add a new one, please contact us at support@gps-trace.com with your login and a description of the issue so we can investigate further.
