Cannot Add Unit

I created an account back ini Oct 2025 as under:

Username : bk9366cvdigi@gmail.com
Device : GT06N
Imei : 866833070378671

Today I tried to login and found no unit inside. When I add new unit with the above imei number as unit ID (like prevously), the system says that the imei already exist.

Please can you check where the problem is.

We have checked our system and confirmed that a unit with this IMEI does exist, but it is currently registered under a different account (email).

Please contact us at support@gps-trace.com, and we will do our best to help you restore access to the account.

It sounds like your IMEI is still bound to your original account or another account on the server, which is why it can’t be added again. You should contact the platform support and ask them to unbind or reassign the device, and include your username and IMEI to speed it up.
