We have checked the data from your tracker and can see that it sends two types of messages:
- messages from the black box with location data, and
- messages with correct timestamps but without location.
This usually means that the tracker temporarily has no connection or cannot see GPS satellites. While there is no connection, the device stores data in its memory (black box) and sends it later when the connection is restored. Messages without location may appear when the tracker cannot receive coordinates from satellites.
Most likely, this is why trips and parking events cannot be formed correctly in the application.
Possible reasons include SIM card issues (no balance or traffic limit reached), unstable mobile network, incorrect or lost tracker settings, low battery, or the tracker being installed in a shielded area (covered parking, garage, tunnel, etc.).
Additionally, we noticed that the issue may also be related to the time zone settings on the tracker. Please make sure the device time zone is set to UTC+0, as incorrect time zone settings can also affect trip and parking detection.
