SMS Alerts Not Working – Tracker 103B

Dear Support Team
I am experiencing an issue with my Tracker 103B device. While it works correctly on the Baanhol platform and responds to SMS commands, it does not send any SMS alerts.

The SIM card is active, with sufficient balance.

All settings have been checked, including the SMSC number.

Commands via SMS are received successfully, but alert messages are never sent.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue or if any configuration or firmware update is required.
