The primary issue seems to be related to the incorrect timezone setting on your device. Your device should be configured to the timezone tracker 0 (UTC). Messages from the tracker appear to be coming from the future, which is why you see future timestamps on the unit card. The tracker should not be sending such messages. It’s essential to set the device to a zero timezone and then wait for the future-dated messages to be overwritten, which should take about a day.
Therefore, we recommend that you:
- Check your SIM card balance and traffic limits.
- Ensure the tracker isn’t in sleep mode and that the settings haven’t been changed inadvertently.
- Confirm the tracker’s settings with your mobile provider.
