I just bought 6 units, unfortunately i Cant activate already tried the following: used 2 units ID 9170165152 and 9170165295 tried 2 newly activated SIM (Globe Telecom - Philippines) Tried 1 working SIM (My phone) Globe Telecom Tried 1 working SiM (other provider SMART) steady blue lights (same) using 9V battery for testing Im executing Rconf command to the numbers inserted to the sinotrack device (with enough load and data) no response after the Rconf command Hope you can help me
