Since you selected the wrong device type (Fifotrack S20 instead of WanWay S20), and now cannot add the correct device, you have two options to resolve this:
If you remember the email associated with another account where this tracker might have been registered before, you can try to restore access using the “Forgot password?” option. And then login with email and new password there to delete previously created unit.
Contact support at support@gps-trace.com and providing the tracker’s ID/IMEI. Our team will help you resolve the issue and enable you to use the correct device type.
