The IP address and port for connecting your tracker are provided only after creating a unit in the application. This information cannot be shared in advance.
To get the correct connection details for your TK311 tracker, please follow these steps:
- Create an account in Ruhavik if you haven’t already
- Create a unit and select your device type
- After saving, you’ll find the correct server address and port in the Hardware tab of the unit settings
