Missing button cut oil

Hi,i have gps model trackerking j14 2g
I can’t t find the mode in type device liste
But i use device Similar to it
I select Thingsys J16
And it s working but need button to cut oil
I try it in setbox i send the code sms and i get good response (URL# , SERVER#).

You did everything correctly by connecting your device using another type that works with a suitable protocol – in this case, Thingsys J16.

However, please note that for this device type (Thingsys J16) the engine cut-off function is not integrated in our system. In this situation, you can use Setbox to send the command, or the Commands Panel (available with a paid subscription) - https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/commands_panel.

For this, you will need to know the exact syntax of the command supported by your tracker.
