I connected the GPS trackerking ecc33, which uses the same commands as the gt06n or J16, for example, but it’s not updating the location on the platform. However, it’s locating correctly because when I manually request the location using the URL# command, it responds with the correct location. But the platform doesn’t update.
Even when I send the command via Setbox, it returns a message with the correct location, and the platform doesn’t update.

What could be wrong?

It is important to understand that the device can determine the geolocation correctly, since the GPS module of the device works. It is also important to understand that if the device works with the same SMS commands as another tracker, this does not mean that the protocol embedded by the manufacturers in these devices is the same.

That is why you see an error in the Toolbox. Because the data that your device sends does not correspond to the protocol of the device type you have selected. You can write to us at support@gps-trace.com and we will try to select a protocol for your device.
