Need support to insert new device OW-G19S ONEWAY/WANWAY

Yesterday I tried to install a new device from ONEWAY / WANWAY OW-G19S. However, the server could not detect the IP and Port that I had entered. I had tried several times but it still failed. I had difficulty finding the name of the device listed on the server. I don’t know which WANWAY product it was.

Hello @agusSupriono2 ,

If you have a problem with determining specific device model, then just choose basic Wanway device type and point your device to the provided IP address and port.
Then check in the Toolbox if it is connecting.

If not, then email us at support@gps-trace.com with device ID and screenshots of the device configuration(SMS commands and device answers), we will check it and try to help to connect.

I have done it, but I can’t find a type that matches my new device, I have tried the list with the G18 and G 19 H models but they can’t connect.
