Unfortunately, the photo you’ve provided isn’t sufficient for us to identify the tracker. Many trackers have different names but operate on similar protocols. When connecting a device not listed in our integrations, you can try selecting a similar device from our list, focusing on the protocol and SMS commands your tracker uses.

If you’re unable to select the device type yourself, please contact us at support@gps-trace.com with your login/email, type, model, tracker manufacturer, and attach instructions and a screenshot of the device configuration (SMS commands and responses). We’ll do our best to assist you further.

Il s’agit d’un traceur GPS 4G générique, souvent vendu sous différentes marques. Pour le configurer, il faut généralement identifier le modèle exact sur l’étiquette ou le manuel, puis utiliser l’APN et les commandes SMS fournis par l’opérateur ou la plateforme de suivi. As-tu pu vérifier s’il y a une référence inscrite sous le boîtier ou dans la batterie ?

To identify the device model, please follow the steps we mentioned earlier (check the label/manual, look under the back cover or battery for the exact model/reference, and verify which APN/SMS command set it uses). Unfortunately, we can’t determine the exact model from the photo alone.
