Dear agusSupriono2
Our platform operates based on data received from your GPS tracker. Looking at the screenshots you’ve shared, what you’re experiencing appears to be coordinate outliers - a situation where the tracker sends coordinates with significant discrepancies. This typically happens when the tracker has poor satellite visibility or can see an insufficient number of satellites (fewer than 7-9).
You can verify this yourself by checking all the data from your tracker in our Toolbox: https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/toolbox. This will allow you to compare the displayed points with what your tracker is actually transmitting.
Several factors can cause poor satellite visibility and coordinate outliers:
- Physical obstructions (buildings, tunnels, dense tree cover)
- Electronic interference from other devices
- Poor tracker positioning (e.g., placed under metal surfaces)
- Weather conditions (heavy cloud cover, storms)
- Tracker hardware issues or antenna problems
- Urban canyons (tall buildings on both sides)
- Low battery in the tracker affecting GPS performance
If you need our assistance with this issue, please email us at support@gps-trace.com with the following information:
