If your device shows as offline, this could be due to several common reasons:
Mobile operator (SIM card) issues
Insufficient balance or traffic limit on the SIM card
The device is in a shielded area with poor signal
The tracker’s battery is low and storing data in its black box
For alarm messages management, you can control these through the Notifications settings in your unit settings. You can enable or disable alarm notifications by toggling them on/off in the notification preferences.
