If you have subscribed, but your unit in the application is still marked as a free plan - this may be a feature of our application.
One unit (the first one created) is always marked with a free tariff. This is done so that if the paid subscription ends, the application will continue to work for one unit at a free rate. We apologize that this feature has misled you.
We recommend that you focus on the functionality that is available in the application. If you have access to Google maps ToolBox, etc., then you have an active paid subscription.
If you have any doubts that the subscription has been applied, write to us at support@gps-trace.com and send us your login and unit ID, we will check additionally and try to help.
