That’t mean, that you have lower limit in your client plan.
In this case the best way is to edit client plan and set up more units. Or just change a client plan where the limit is higher. If there are any issues with that, then just email us at business@gps-trace.com or create a Conversation in Partner Panel(Conversation tab).
Unfortunately, we do not have Notifications with the possibility to set up specific value to trigger.
But we are planning to add such a feature in Q2 2025.
