Can you check why I can no longer track my unit. when enter the username and password it shows User is not found. Do you want to sign up?

For your info the username is bk8002cy and my last login was 11 March 2025.

    From our side, we can confirm that a login attempt to your account (username bk8002cy) was successfully made on 14 April 2025, so it looks like the issue may have been resolved.
