Since our system works based on the data messages that your device sends, first of all, check on the tracker side:
- SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
- Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
- Also, the reason may be that your tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
Having problems on the tracker’s side, it is best to contact the manufacturer or seller of the device, as they are better versed in their product and its features.
If you can’t find the problem, please send us screenshot of the device configuration(SMS commands and device’s answers), we’ll try to check it additionally.'
