Please check the following:
- Connectivity: Verify SIM balance, traffic limits, power supply, and that trackers aren’t in shielded areas.
- Configuration: Confirm correct server/port, APN settings, and UTC 0 time zone.

Still dont have any message. And btw. Concox AT4 trackers dont work on Ruhavik anymore? We started having issues, for a couple of days they just dont work. We are adding them, they are close to real location (but not close enough) they dont track nothing. They just are close to their location but dont move. We use the same sim cards, standard setup etc. They should be working just fine.
