I have new tracker micodus mv710g, and i have problem with int
egration with yours server ruhavik.
I try add object, and select micodus mv710.
I Save new ip : 185.213.2.30 and new port 31208 in my tracker, but i didn’t See my car on ruhavik app.
My tracker ID is : 19176105651
Tracker imei : 865209073165541
My login account : asz11@op.pl

    Thanks for your post.
    Please note that the ID of the Micodus devices requires a leading zero.
    So, please create the unit using the 12-digit ID, which is 0 followed by the 11 digits of the original ID when creating a unit.
    If this adding zero will not fix the issue, please email to us again to support@gps-trace.com
    The issue is that according to device protocol, device ID should be with a leading zero.
