The FTC921 device should indeed send the “gsm.operator.code” parameter. If it’s not appearing, there might be a few possible reasons for this:
Device settings: It’s possible that certain settings or configurations are preventing the device from sending this specific parameter. Please verify the device settings to ensure it is set up to send all relevant telemetry data.
SIM card issue: The SIM card in the device might not be properly registered on the network, or there could be an issue with the network coverage that prevents the device from retrieving the operator code.
Connection issues: If the device is not receiving a stable GSM signal, it may not be able to retrieve and transmit the “gsm.operator.code” parameter.
