  • ❗❗❗Important Announcement: Updates to Ruhavik Subscriptions

Dear Users,

We need to inform you about significant updates to the subscription plans on Ruhavik. These changes will take effect with the upcoming release and will impact the features available under different subscription tiers.

What’s Changing:

Free Subscription:

  1. Storage: Limited to 1 MB
  2. History: Reduced to 12 hours
  3. Geofences: Reduced to 1
  4. Tools: Accessible only with the Starter Plan (special device pre-configured commands remain unaffected)
  5. Location Sharing: Now requires a subscription (Starter Plan or higher)
  6. Customizable Notifications: Now requires a subscription (Starter Plan or higher)
  7. Statistics, Timeline, and Maintenance Tabs: No longer accessible under the Free Plan

Starter Subscription:

  1. Storage: Increased to 10 MB
  2. History: Extended to 30 days
  3. Geofences: 2 available
  4. Tools: Fully accessible with the subscription
  5. Location Sharing: Available with the subscription
  6. Advanced Notifications: Includes customizable and personalized notifications
  7. Statistics, Timeline, and Maintenance Tabs: Fully accessible

Additional Changes:

  • Lite Mode: Removed from the application

Key Points to Note:

  1. Premium Ruhavik subscriptions remain unchanged.
  2. Changes to data storage duration will only apply to newly created units.
  3. All previously created units will retain their original data storage duration.
  4. However, functional changes, such as Tools, Sharing, Advanced Notifications, Statistics, Timeline, and Maintenance, will apply to all users with a Free Subscription.

Hi.
The website does not allow creating new accounts - token: Longer than maximum length 1024.

There are problems creating new account when placing the sales email in this message. Prevents creating a new account. The website does not allow creating new accounts.
