If your device isn’t responding to SMS, please check the following:
- Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted, has an active plan, and no PIN code is set.
- Confirm the SMS format matches the device manual.
- Test the SIM card in a phone to verify it can send and receive messages.
- Check the device manual to confirm what the solid blue and yellow lights indicate.
