The maximum data size for one unit is 10 MB in the free version and 100 MB in the paid version. The data retention period depends on the amount of total data occupied (maximum retention period 1 year).
When the amount of stored data reaches its maximum size, after a while the oldest data will be automatically deleted, and new incoming data will be recorded.
Thus, the application continues to work when the maximum data size is reached.
The amount of data thus only affects the storage period of your data.
So, in your case, most like the problem is on the device side.
